MORE MAGIC!

Buzz Lightyear is our traditional first ride and one of our very favorites. The kids jumped for joy after our first time through defeating the Evil Emporer Zurg.
We attended the Magic of Brother Bear show at California adventure and had a chance to meet Brother Bear.

Kaylee was chosen out of the audience to help light the fire and the magic of Brother Bear. She was triumphant!

More Family Magic

We were fortunate to share our Disneyland trip with Cousins Barb, Kelly, Ally, and Briton as well as Uncle Jim and Aunt Linda.

EXPERIENCE THE MAGIC!

My 5th Annual Birthday Celebration at Disneyland!

This year we stayed for 2 days and visited Disneyland and California Adventure. True to form there were no lines and we walked onto all the rides. We went to our favorites at Disneyland including fast- fiddling Billy and the Hilbillies show where Trent clapped and danced while shouting, "you're so funny!" during the entire show. Fortunately, we only lost Megan, once, when she walked out of the Buzz Lightyear Store without us. My heart nearly failed!
We loved California Adventure and experiencing the new rides like Soarin' over California, California Screamin' and Toy Story where we got to wear our cool shades! (pictured above) Kaylee and Tyler and Megan all swore on their lives they would never go on THE TOWER OF TERROR and then all three volunteered to go and were scared out of their minds! This is a great tradition . . . I LOVE MY BIRTHDAY!

It's true. We've lost our MINDS and gone BERSERK!
Perhaps we need a little TIME . . . away!

Costumes and Trick and Trunk-or-Treating

Tyler was very helpful carving the jack-o-lanterns and cleaning out the guts while
his sisters were disgusted and wouldn't touch them.
Cowboy Jake and Darth Trent enjoying Halloween together! Trick-or-treating with the neighbor kids.

HALLOWEEN PAST

A blast from the Halloween past taken somewhere around 1983 in Lomita, CA for a church Halloween party. I remember going to the thrift store to find the yellow ballgown which felt so elegant. I also remember Dad painting the ghoulish faces on him and Scott and Colby. I thought they were very scary looking.

The Littlest Vader

Trent actually really likes his Vader costume. He sings the Imperial Death March as we put it on and then commences swinging his light saber. He doesn't even mind the hat! Halloween is going to be so much fun!
