I guess it's no secret why they call this exhibit Lorikeet Landing! Upon entering the enclosure, these friendly parakeet-looking birds swoop down and land on you! We realized that when you have nectar to feed them you are especially popular.

Trent nearly lost his head as that bird swooped to find some land on Mount Greggie-boy.
Tyler dreams of being a pirate and this experience was a dream come true for him. Though I think we should explain the difference between his head and his shoulder!
Tyler's grin was ear-to-ear the entire time as the birds lined up and down his arms, climbed up his back and perched on his head.
